Renders of the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra, created from CAD files by renowned insider OnLeaks, have surfaced online, giving you an idea of the upcoming smartphone.

According to the renders, the company is basically sticking to the same design language as its predecessor, the Galaxy S27 Ultra. The only notable change affects the camera module. Samsung changed its design from a vertical layout on the left edge to a “camera platform” at the top, similar to the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. It is reported that the company originally planned to use this design in the Galaxy S26 Edge, but ultimately canceled the release.
This change will provide more space for a larger camera, more space for the cooling system, and allow for proper support for magnetic charging. At the same time, Samsung will ditch the 100,000-pixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom, which has been confirmed by renders. It is reported that the main camera will be based on a 1/1.3-inch ISOCELL HIP6 sensor. It will feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with Sony IMX855 sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x zoom.
According to Onleaks, the Galaxy S27 Ultra measures approximately 163.76 x 78.25 x 7.97mm, which is almost the same as the Galaxy S26 Ultra (163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm). Including the camera protrusion, its thickness is 12.53mm.
