Gaming Minds studio has announced the exact release date for Tropico 7 – the city-building strategy will be coming to PC and consoles on January 28, 2027. Along with the announcement, the developer also released a new gameplay trailer.
Players will once again try to take on the role of the President and transform this tropical island into a prosperous nation. You do this by changing the landscape, planning large cities, growing the economy and satisfying the needs of residents, while controlling armies and spying on political opponents.
Of course, “Tropico” is not without its traditional problems. Rebels will dream of overthrowing the current government, and advisors will regularly remind you of your thoughts on running the country. At the same time, developers promise to provide more opportunities to control the island and its inhabitants.
Tropico 7 will be released on January 28, 2027 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
