according to official statement Representatives of the company said that new Ulefone models on Android that meet all the necessary requirements after launch will receive at least the next two versions of the operating system. This is the lowest basic level supported by the product, but the maximum level is not specified. Each model has its own support plan, so some models may be updated over a longer period of time.

As part of the new policy, Ulefone plans to update 29 released smartphones and tablets to Android 16. 15 of the models will first be updated from Android 14 to Android 15 and then upgraded to Android 16. 14 models have been launched on Android 15 and will be updated to Android 16. Currently, 14 models have received the update, and another 15 models will start updating in the near future.
