In an interview with NintendoEverything, technical director and CTO Dongki Lee explained that the game’s resolution will be 1080p Upgrade Tramite DLSS When the console is connected to the docking station and 720p upscaling in portable mode.
60 fps in laptop and dock…but not natively

“We were targeting 60 frames per second in both portable and docked modes. We actually used a special approach: as you know, the Switch 2 supports Nvidia’s DLSS. We used that as an upgrade, but it didn’t have any frame generation capabilities,” Lee explained.
“What we did was take AMD’s PC version of FSR 3.1 and use a feature called frame interpolation to hit the 60 frames per second target. We use DLSS for upgradeswe then apply the obtained results to FSR 3.1’s frame interpolation is capable of targeting 60 frames per second. Additionally, ensuring consistent latency for players is also important. We kept it at 30 frames per second to get a stable base, then used frame interpolation to get to 60. “
