Publisher Take-Two Interactive has stepped up its search for massive Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks and filed a petition in court to keep new investigative information confidential.
The company asked the court to shut down certain data about specific Discord users and topic servers from the public. Publisher representatives stressed that public publication of the information gathered could harm ongoing proceedings and warned offenders in advance of the available evidence.
The company’s first legal appeal was general and quickly became public, but the latest request seeks to obtain specific identifying numbers. The court has not made a final decision on the petition and the investigation is ongoing.
