NVIDIA’s graphics card partners continue to increase the prices of the Blackwell series. According to Chinese media Channel Gate, starting from September 1, Asus and GALAX have adjusted the price lists of mid-range and pre-high-end models.
The price of Asus RTX 5070 has increased by 150-300 yuan (about 2000-4000 rubles), the price of Galax has increased by 200 yuan (2600 rubles), and the RTX 5070 Ti has increased by 300 yuan. However, the price of RTX 5080 has increased by 500 yuan, or 6,600 rubles, which makes the price gap between it and RTX 5070 Ti even wider, and the performance difference between the two has always remained around 10-12%.
For NVIDIA partners, this is the third or fourth price adjustment in 2026. Analysts said the main reason is that the price of GDDR7 memory chips has been under long-term pressure. As early as July, NVIDIA increased the price of its partners’ “GPU + memory” bundles, and this effect continued to gradually spread to the entire market. Following Asus and Galax, MSI, Gigabyte and Colorful are also expected to adjust their price tags in the coming weeks.
