American artificial intelligence company Palantir Technologies sign Agreement with new cloud provider Nebius. Nebius will become Palantir’s preferred artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure provider, and Palantir will further integrate its partners’ computing resources and inference access points around its enterprise. This will provide Palantir customers with the ability to access Nebius infrastructure and deploy open source models.
In addition, the two companies intend to jointly introduce new computing capabilities to serve Palantir customers – to this end, modular data center projects are planned to be implemented at locations with existing energy supplies. Palantir said the Nebius computing infrastructure enables customers to run their own artificial intelligence models under conditions they can control. Palantir’s solutions and Nebius infrastructure will provide the level of sovereignty customers require.
Nebius added that customers want both the performance of large-scale AI infrastructure and control over data and models. Together with Palantir, we provide similar capabilities to commercial customers, allowing them to run open source models on trusted infrastructure.
