Koei Tecmo and Gust Studios have officially decided on a release date for the next installment in their cult alchemy saga. “Atelier Kallia: Night Kingdom and Memories Guide” will be available to players on February 25, 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2.
The story of the new JRPG will unfold two years after the finale of “Atelier Yumia”. The plot centers on Kariya, an alchemist who has lost his memory. Together with her loyal companions and Yumiya himself, she sets out to explore the mysterious underground world of Aradissa.
The author promises to significantly refresh the familiar gameplay. The protagonist will gain access to more than eight combat poses with unique elements that change not only her skills and appearance, but also the way she explores the world – for example, allowing her to walk on water or destroy obstacles while running. There are also complex mechanics for interacting with the environment using created items, as well as large-scale battles against giant monsters where you must coordinate the actions of your vanguard and support groups. Of course, the core of the series – the alchemy and synthesis systems – will also be updated.
