Studio BULKHEAD, together with publisher Team17, has released an early access version of multiplayer tactical shooter WARDOGS. The game was released on steam It sells for $39.99, but is officially blocked in Russia. WARDOGS attracted attention even before its release. After the announcement, it took the game just three days to raise the required 100,000; in May, the number exceeded 500,000, and in August it reached 1 million. WARDOGS is a large-scale tactical first-person shooter in which 100 players are divided into three teams and compete for control of territory. The game takes place in an abandoned industrial area of Eastern Europe, with combat using modern firearms and a variety of military equipment. The main mode is inspired by the popular King of the Hill custom mod from Arma 3.
Console versions of WARDOGS for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are scheduled to be released in 2028.
