The developers of Dragonborn: Outcast have begun to reveal the abilities of Harrower, a new playable character set to appear this fall. The hero will receive a full set of 17 active skills, 8 passive skills and 8 talents, but only three skills are currently displayed.

Harrow does not belong to any elemental type, which according to the author will significantly affect its properties. The first skill introduced creates two spinning chains that deal damage every second and briefly slow down enemies. This ability is compatible with the bonus beam modifier, which increases the number of chains and attack frequency.

The second skill is to launch black warheads into scattered areas of the battlefield. When they hit the ground, they explode, with bonus slugs and a larger area of effect modifier that lets you increase the number of projectiles and their area of effect. Judging from the description, turning the screen into a continuous area of explosions would be very much in the spirit of Harrower.
Finally, the hero is able to summon a living hand that remains on the battlefield for a few seconds and teleports in a chosen direction. When spawned, she slams the ground, then attacks each time the player repeatedly uses the skill. The ability supports bonus summons, so with the right build, one creepy hand can easily turn into an entire company.
