Russian studio GetDevelopment will show the public a demo of the sci-fi first-person shooter Quantum Control for the first time. The official gameplay trailer will premiere on the main stage at the IGROPROM 2026 exhibition and festival, and visitors will be able to try out an early version of the game for themselves at the developer booth.
The demo version of IGROPROM will include a full-fledged story mission. It will introduce players to Quantum Control’s atmosphere, visual style, story, and basic mechanics. Initially, only exhibition visitors will be able to evaluate this “sample”, but it will later be made available to other players via Steam and VK Play services.
IGROPROM will be held from September 18 to 20 at the Moscow Game and Animation Cluster of the Moscow Agency for Creative Industries and at the MosHub.Skolkovo venue, Bolshoy Boulevard, 40.

Quantum control happens in the near future. After the first anomaly appeared, fragments of another post-apocalyptic world began to gradually replace the Russian settlements. Players will play the role of a special forces soldier who is sent to an unusual area.
The combat system combines gun shooting, tactical use of special equipment, and interaction with unstable environments. The hero’s quantum abilities allow him to change the state of objects, thwart opponents and unusual threats, and quickly change locations during combat. The course of combat is affected by dynamic quantum weather, which changes depending on enemy activity and the proximity of objects from another world.
Full release is planned for 2029. After the main version is released, the project plans to develop into a service game with regular seasons, cooperative missions, and asymmetric PvPvE scenarios. Progression will be related to the development of weapon skills, the research of quantum technology and the advancement of character levels.
