Active Matter is an action-packed first-person shooter that puts players in control of an agent trapped in a time loop. Each time out, the character selects equipment and travels to so-called quantum instability zones – areas rich in active matter. This substance has unique properties: it distorts space and time, alters physics, and randomly drags objects and creatures from other timelines with it. While traveling through these areas, agents will encounter rivals from parallel realities, horrific mutants, and other matter-animating creatures. The main goal is to maximize resource extraction, pick up valuable items and evacuate before the area and everything within it disappears.
