Hmur, the hardcore high-speed shooter from a Russian indie developer under the pseudonym FoxusSexus and publisher Valkyrie Initiative, has received a promised demo and a new trailer.

Hmur demo released exclusively on digital store steam And it’s only available for a limited time – until October 1st. Release comes with a minute and a half Game trailer and demonstrated the current version of the game.
Compared to past public tests, FoxusSexus has upgraded the demo version based on the feedback received and my own ideas. “Gore, shooting, graphics and more”.
FoxusSexus is asking players to leave reviews of the demo on their Steam page: “Yeah, yeah, still [создаётся] I’m alone, so your impressions are very important for further work on the game”.
The events in Khmur will unfold in an alternate version of the Soviet Union in the 1990s. The accident turns the advanced city of Mirnogorsk into the center of chaos, in which the protagonist Sergei, a simple worker with a difficult fate, finds himself.
They promise a mix of Atomic Heart (high-tech Soviet vibe), Hotline Miami (hardcore action) and Dusk (shooting), branching levels and a soundtrack from Crypt Voice (composers of the Cruel and Hotline Miami Redux-Redux mods).
Hmur is expected to release on PC in 2027 (steam, Play VK, microsoft store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch. The game will support 22 languages, including Russian.
