Marked for Mayhem is a multiplayer action game set in the destroyed reality of Garrus, where multiple dimensions intersect. Players take on the role of an operator and participate in an interdimensional competition organized by the powerful organization HAVEN. During the mission, they must battle dangerous opponents and bosses while competing against each other for medals and a spot on the leaderboard. In addition to regular combat encounters, missions include arena play, mental space challenges and timed races, with the ability to gain an advantage by sabotaging your opponent and taking advantage of their attacks.

Before each mission, players select a weapon, develop its abilities and build a version with modifiers and new skills.
