HoYoverse has unveiled a new Pearl trailer titled “Now This Is Art” dedicated to one of the key characters of the upcoming update Honkai Impact: Star Trail. The film shows her through art, creativity and the desire to turn the most unusual things into works of art.
At the center of the film is Pearl herself – executive director of Two-Dimensions and one of KMM’s Ten Hearts of Stone. Not only is she a talented artist, but she is someone who sees the world around her from an unusual perspective, finding beauty even in strange and seemingly unrelated things.
The trailer also highlights her passion for painting. Pearl demonstrates her artistic talent as vision gradually becomes a play of colors, shapes, and images. With this video, the developer further reveals her creative and somewhat quirky side.
With the release of version 4.6, Pearl will appear as a new 5★ ice character in Happy Road. In combat, she exclusively uses the True Hit mechanic to protect and support allies, and her superpowers allow her to use allies as exemplars of her aesthetic and greatly increase their effectiveness.
