The old shooter from 1998 is finally getting a second life: SiN Reloaded, a massive remake. Retro development masters at Nightdive Studios teamed up with Ritual Entertainment and Slipgate Ironworks to create the updated version. The game is already playable on PC via Steam and GOG, as well as on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch consoles.
The project offers completely redesigned graphics with support for high resolution, modern HD textures, improved lighting, shadows and updated animations.
At the same time, the developers have retained the original’s signature dynamic gameplay, which pitted protagonist John Blade against the sinister Sintec Corporation and villain Alexis Sinclair. An updated control scheme and an interface adapted to modern systems are designed to make it as comfortable as possible for both veterans of the genre and new viewers alike.
