Over the past week, a number of details related to Mythic achievements have been discovered in the firmware for the Xbox console and Xbox app for PC. Microsoft hasn’t officially launched them yet, but insiders say they will be Platinum analogues to the Playstation. Prior to this, there has been information about how achievements will play a role in the Xbox ecosystem.
Something new happened leakageand in the archives of the PC version of the Xbox app they discovered what the animation for achieving the Mythic achievement looks like. Suppose it doesn’t give the player Gamerscore points and the achievements themselves open after all achievements are earned. It was previously reported that Mythic achievements would be available in the Xbox ecosystem ahead of the release of Gears of War: E-Day. The game itself will be released on October 6th, but users will have early access to the game on October 1st. Therefore, the Mythic achievement is expected to be announced early next week.
