Riot Games has announced the fifth and final set of the Runeterra physical card game Riftbound: Radiance, which will be released in English, French and Simplified Chinese on October 23, 2026. The main feature of the expansion is the emphasis on “performance” and bonuses for tactical flexibility, which is emphasized through three new keywords: Deploy for placing equipment on the battlefield, Show Off (which provides powerful bonuses at the cost of revealing the cards in the opponent’s hand), and Disarm (which reduces the power of enemy units when attacking).
The set will include nine new legendary characters, including Orianna, who converts equipment into units, Ekko, who releases expensive cards early, K’Sante, and Neeko, the first neutral champion who can be added to any deck regardless of chosen realm. Collectors can also look forward to the ultra-rare Ultimate Rare card, which appears less than once in 4,000 booster packs, as well as a Crystal Rose-style alternate version. Preview season has begun, with local pre-release events for Heimerdinger promotional cards taking place from October 16th to 22nd.
