Studio SpaceRocket Games has unveiled an atmospheric story trailer for hardcore survival simulator Permafrost. The project takes players to Earth in the near future, where after a series of disasters and the destruction of the moon, the planet has fallen into an endless icy winter. The author primarily emphasizes measured, intense exploration and combat against harsh nature rather than constant shooting.

In the story, the protagonist Luke is an ordinary engineer with no experience in wild survival. After receiving a radio signal from an old friend, he embarks on a dangerous journey. You can travel alone or with friends (up to four people) through the frozen ruins of cities and wild nature.

The main enemy in the game is cold, which affects every aspect of survival.
