AMD has released a new graphics card driver suite, Radeon Software Adrenalin 26.9.2. Although the company is positioning the new driver as optional, meaning it doesn’t need to be installed, the software does provide support for the new games.

The new driver provides Early Access support for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 story campaign, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered, Gears of War: E-Day, Control Resonant, Valor Mortis and Minecraft Dungeons 2.
List of fixed issues:
- Fixed occasional crash Final Fantasy VII Reborn on a Radeon RX 7000 graphics card;
- Fixed an occasional driver timeout issue in War Thunder in DirectX 12 mode with live replay and borderless area capture enabled on Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards;
- Fixed an issue where the Anti-Lag 2 feature in the AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition driver could appear inactive after disabling frame generation in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy;
- Fixed intermittent driver timeouts or system hangs in Hitman: World of Assassination on Radeon RX 9000 graphics cards.
