Gears of War: E-Day launches on October 6th, and on October 1st, buyers of the project’s expansion will be able to start playing. Microsoft is releasing the project not only digitally, but also in physical format, and some players have already received their discs. On social media, one user expressed that he wanted to convert the disc of the new Gears of War to digital format, but was surprised to learn that the game did not support disc-to-digital conversion.

According to him, he does not own a game console with a CD player, but hopes that a friend will “translate” his CD into a digital copy. Coalition Studios commented on the player’s post. They promised that on October 1, when the early access version of “Gears of War: E-Day” is released, the project will begin to support disc-to-digital conversion.
Please note that in preparation for the release of Gears of War: E-Day, the Xbox team has officially released Disc to Digital, which has been in beta for several weeks.
