CONTROL Resonant has just been released, and Remedy Entertainment has already shown off what it plans to do for players after the main story is completed. The first plan includes new gameplay++, a photo mode, and new cosmetics – which means the exploration of strange Manhattan won’t end here.
The main news is the reveal of the game’s first development plan since launch. The developers have confirmed that they are working on a New Game++ mode, which will allow you to return to the adventure after playing through it the first time, as well as a photo mode. The latter is particularly suitable for games where even a normal walk along a twisting street might lead to another anomaly that you want to not only experience, but also take photos of.
CONTROL Resonant releases on September 24th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game received a very positive response from users after its release on Steam: during testing, the English version received an 89% positive rating. At the same time, Remedy has yet to reveal a full schedule for future updates, so New Game++ and Photo Mode should be seen as first designated areas of work rather than as an off-the-shelf DLC schedule.
