
The saga surrounding one of the most high-profile corporate associations is coming to an end. U.S. Federal Judge Araceli Martinez-Holguin formally approved the settlement agreement between Paramount and 12 state attorneys general, clearing the final legal hurdle for the agreement.
According to Insider Gaming, the historic $111 billion merger, the largest in media industry history, will be officially completed on Tuesday, October 6.
