Game Pass Premium was supplemented on October 2 with another game that was already available on other subscription tiers. Double Fine’s Lighthouse Adventure Keeper is now available to subscribers.
Double Fine released Keeper last fall, when it was still part of Xbox Game Studios. This is the first project they’ve created entirely within the Xbox Games division. The adventure game received praise from players and critics for its story and gameplay, but was criticized for its technical condition.
Currently, Double Fine is no longer part of Xbox Game Studios. At the same time, her games are also saved in the subscription. After separating from Xbox, Double Fine successfully retained all rights to its projects. Therefore, Double Fine has the opportunity to develop a Keeper sequel or other games in the universe without Microsoft’s involvement.
Note that the game Keeper was released on Playstation 5 in September 2026 when Double Fine had separated from Xbox.
