Euro Truck Simulator 2 launches its annual Pinktober campaign, dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients. Players can once again decorate their trucks with pink symbols while helping charities.
As in 2019, the developers are offering Pink Ribbon Charity Packs for purchase in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. 100% of proceeds from sales of these supplements through the end of October will be donated to the Women’s Breast Cancer Alliance. These kits include themed design elements so you can really support the program by sending your virtual tractor out on the road.

SCS Software also reminds you that Pinktober is a cause that not only focuses on charity, but also on your own health. The developers urge you to check regularly for possible symptoms and risk factors and consult a doctor if necessary. Meanwhile, they also shared a screenshot of the decorated truck with the hashtag #Pinktober2026 – and it looks like pink will once again become a fully official part of long-distance fashion in October.
