The lawsuit by the Austrian company Denuvo Software Solutions did not stop the voices38 hacker from hacking games protected by the Denuvo anti-piracy system. After a month of break, the enthusiast returned with three new releases.

Firstly, voices38 bypassed the defense of last year’s post-nuclear action RPG with survival elements, Atomfall, from developers from the British studio Rebellion Developments (Sniper Elite series).
Secondly, the hacker posted a pirated version of the fantasy role-playing game The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, released in June, from the creators of Octopath Traveler and Bravely Default from Square Enix.
Thirdly, the hacker released a modified version of the “crack” to bypass Denuvo in the remake of the sci-fi horror game Dead Space from Electronic Arts and Motive Studio. We will not publish links to giveaways.

In mid-September, Denuvo filed a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) lawsuit against voices38 in US federal court for circumventing the protections of 26 Denuvo-equipped games.
Potential penalties against voices38 are complicated by the fact that his identity is unknown. Recently Denuvo invited the court will require Discord, Reddit and Steam to provide information to identify the hacker.
While voices38 continues to hack games with Denuvo, the Austrian company’s lawsuit still had an effect. The pirate group DenuvOwO has disbanded amid concerns surrounding the trial.
