Giant’s software simulation continues to perform extremely well. Sales figures officially exceeded the one million mark.
Shortly before the opening of Gamescom in Cologne, developer and publisher Giants Software once again delivered good news: “Farming Simulator 25” continues to be a huge success!
The popular simulation game has now sold more than 5 million copies worldwide since its release on November 12, 2024, the company confirmed in a press release. Boris Stefan, the company’s CSO and head of publishing, is certainly equally enthusiastic:
“Wow! It’s really impressive to see so many new farmers joining our community. We’re very proud of the rate at which it continues to grow and would like to thank our fans and all the new farmers for their enthusiasm in joining us. Beans & Alpacas has landed on fertile ground, and we look forward to the expansion’s release where everyone can farm the red soil of South America.”
The new add-on “Beans & Alpacas” will be presented in playable form for the first time at Gamescom. There you can tend banana plantations and alpacas. Giants Software will be on display in Hall 6 from August 26th to 30th.
