Last year, publisher Focus Entertainment and studio Saber Interactive announced the game Road Kings. They call it the most realistic truck driver simulator available. Now the game’s release date has been announced – March 11, 2027 on Xbox Series X | S, Playstation 5 and PC, and the gameplay has also been shown off for the first time.
In Road Kings, players will drive a 40-ton tractor-trailer to transport cargo throughout various regions of the southern United States. They not only have to deal with ordinary traffic conditions, but also natural and man-made disasters that can change travel conditions. Saber Interactive emphasized that the core of “Road Kings” is a realistic truck driving simulation. The game is based on Unreal Engine 5.
In addition to transportation, players must develop their own transportation company. At the start, players receive only a truck, a plan, and the name of their future business. Orders completed and kilometers driven affect reputation, and players will be able to gradually transform from lone truck driver to owner of a full-fledged transport empire.
