We had the chance to see Geoff Keighley on stage during the Gamescom 2026 opening night live broadcast lego skylinea management game where we have to create a city one brick at a time.

The match is scheduled for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. No release date has been indicated yet.

LEGO Skylines Trailer

The trailer shows us the many possibilities for creating buildings and cities. The description explains: “Start with basic services such as electricity, food and water. Then turn your city into a place your citizens love. Build a house that will be the envy of your neighbors. Great job. Great park. There’s a donut shop on every corner just because it would be awesome. Frankly, the vast array of architecture, decorations and other fantastic elements (customizable elements) will allow you to create a city that truly represents you.”

“LEGO Skylines gives you complete control over…well, everything. Don’t forget the hospital is what keeps the citizens together. You need corn to make donuts. Garbage disposal, sewage treatment, everything you need to keep the city running. How you put all the pieces together is entirely up to you. Put on your construction helmet and give your wildest ideas the green light. You change the same detail more times than you care to admit. And indulge in some fun itself. It’s pure joy to place each piece where you imagine it to be. That is, exactly where it belongs. ”
