The ministry recalled that in order to realize the industrial robotization plan, more than 80,000 industrial robots need to be introduced into Russian production by 2030. Previously, the media wrote that the total demand for robotization in the Russian Federation may increase from 30 billion rubles in 2025 to 212 billion rubles in 2030, and the robotization density will increase to 116 robots per 10,000 workers.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade reported that seven industrial robot development centers were created in the country last year. It is planned to create 13 more such centers this year and 10 more sites in 2027. Therefore, by 2030, Russia will establish up to 30 industrial robot development centers. The department added that the Federal Competence Center is conducting a technical audit of robotized production sites. In 2025, 120 companies in 45 regions across the country were audited. “By 2026, at least 320 assessments will be carried out, with a total of approximately 1,500 assessments carried out by 2030.”,” added the representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
