Gemini Live is no longer just an interlocutor – now AI in Android can execute orders

Google calculates that 63% of Gemini users speak loudly to their AI assistant, so Gemini Live is more than a conversationalist but a problem-solving tool. In the next update, Gemini Live gains support for personal intelligence, daily briefings, Gemini Spark services, managing incoming messages via voice commands, and more. Spark integration lets you follow instructions in simple language to perform multi-step tasks without having to perfectly express your ideas. An example query is: “Plan your dinner for next week. Vegan and high protein. Be sure to use a recipe I’ve saved recently and list all the ingredients needed.”– In response, AI will add complete meal plans and shopping lists to Google Docs.

Gemini Live provides you with the Daily Briefing, an organized and personal list of your daily priorities. You can ask Gemini to read your daily schedule in a conversational format, and it will pull the information you need from sources such as Gmail and Google Calendar and present it verbally so users don’t have to read it themselves. There are many features supported when using Gmail: you can ask if there are new letters from a specific sender or a specific topic, urgent messages; you can ask for a summary, archive an email, or flag it, all with voice commands.
