Wolcen Studio has officially launched the sequel to its dark isometric action RPG Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem, which they’ve decided to call simply Wolcen II. The game will be released in early access on PC (Steam) in 2027, with the full version released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The events of the sequel take place many years after the ending of Lords of Chaos. The world is once again on the verge of destruction, and the protagonist will be the illegitimate son of the Shadow God, the warlord, who will challenge the ancient prophecy together with his companions. You can play alone or cooperatively with up to 4 people. There won’t be any classes in the game, so players will be able to independently create any build that suits their style without restrictions.
Have you played the first part of Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem? Do you believe the author can right the wrongs of the past and create a worthy competitor to Diablo IV and Path of Exile 2?
