As part of its participation in Gamescom 2026, Ubisoft has unveiled a roadmap to further support pirated shooter The Division 2. The main event was the announcement of a new add-on game, Echoes of Central Park, set to take place in New York’s Central Park.
According to the game’s lore, at the beginning of the outbreak, Central Park was used as a mass burial site for those who died from the virus. However, it’s unclear what will happen there in a few years. The events of this add-on start with receiving a signal from the place, after which the agent must go and study the situation.
The add-on’s debut will take place on September 24, with a release planned for the end of 2026.
