According to well-known insider Jez Corden, Blizzard is continuing to develop a project in the StarCraft universe, a story-based project for single-player players.
Based on the early material he’s seen, the reporter noted the presence of high-quality story cutscenes, professional voice acting, and advanced graphics in the studio’s signature style, with an emphasis on the third-person perspective. In terms of gameplay and presentation, the project is strongly reminiscent of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines 2, which is logical given the historical connection between the two series’ visual styles.
Currently, development is in an early or closed stage, so the final look of the game could change significantly, and experts are already speculating about a possible co-op mode in the spirit of co-op. hell diver or war machine.
