Forza Horizon 6 was released in May this year and has become one of the highest-rated games of the year. It had been promised to release on Sony consoles before the end of 2026, but now that schedule may change.
Last week, The Verge’s Tom Warren said he’d heard that Playground Games was planning to delay the release of Forza Horizon 6 on the Playstation 5. According to him, this is simply due to a lack of time and resources to optimize, rather than a desire to remain exclusive on Xbox in the long term.
