The beta testing phase of role-playing game Wartales has ended with the release of a major update, Community Update #7. The patch brings many long-awaited innovations to the project, including a new point of interest “Vault” (nest) for criminal activities, providing a mature demand system and separate skill trees for prisoners, as well as individual missions for mercenaries.
Additionally, the developers seriously redesigned the interface and added separate tabs for character inspections, a new reporting panel, and separate food counters for warriors and prisoners. The combat system has also been improved: 6 new maps have appeared in the game, movement speed has been accelerated, artificial intelligence has been optimized, and dozens of bugs have been fixed, including key exits and soft locks in various areas.
