Bloober Team announces Switch 2 horror game Onyx: The Dark Grip, which can only be played in the console’s portable mode

Developers from Polish studio Bloober Team have announced the horror game Onyx: The Dark Grip, which will be released exclusively on Switch 2. A trailer for the project was first shown at a Nintendo Direct in September.

Onyx: Grasp of Darkness tells the story of a man named Holden who finds himself in a city shrouded in fog. The author promises a meeting with the supernatural, a chance to reveal the secrets and unique system of the extinct settlement “Realistic Management” main character.

You can only complete Onyx: The Dark Grip in portable mode on the Switch 2, because the game is touch-based: opening doors, reading your companions’ thoughts, and interacting with environmental elements will all happen via the touch screen.
