If you want to explore the world of Silent Hill: Town Fall more deeply, in addition to the video game, you’ll also get a comic book story.
Konami announced a partnership with British manga publisher 2000 AD in a press release. The collaboration will see the release of a standalone comic book story inspired by the world of new horror game Silent Hill: Town Falls.
The story will be released under the title “Silent Hill: Town Falls – Dock House”. This is written by lead writer and game director Jon McKellan. It is intended to serve as a narrative supplement to the game itself. Illustrations from renowned illustrator David Roach (Warlock: The Avengers).
The story follows Douglas, an experienced harbormaster who has maintained St. Amelia’s Harbor House for decades. Trapped in endless fog and loneliness, he discovers an impossible staircase that leads beneath the harbor. There, he must face the terrifying reality that lurks beneath the surface of this place.
This edition is part of the Prog 2500 Anniversary 2000 series and will be printed in the UK on 16th September and in the US on 30th September. The comic is also available in a global digital version, distributed through the 2000 AD online store and the 2000 AD app.
