This week, Bethesda and Xbox permanently lowered the price of DOOM: The Dark Age, the latest entry in the series that launched last year. Meanwhile, the DOOM series is released on the Microsoft Store and other platforms. It’s called the DOOM Anthology, and it includes both modern games in the series and newer classics.
DOOM Anthology for Xbox retails for $99.99. For this price, players can get:
- “Doom” + “Doom II”. In a merged and improved version released in 2024, it has since received several major updates including new content.
- Doom 64. An improved version of the original game.
- “Doom 3”. An updated version will be released in 2019.
- Doom (2016).
- Doom Eternal. In addition to the game itself, the set includes the major expansion packs for Ancient Gods – Part 1 and 2, as well as numerous packs – Rip and Tear, Cosplay Slayer, DOOMicorn and Mullet Slayer Master Collection, Series 1-7.
- Doom: Dark Ages. In addition to the game itself, the bundle also includes the massive Revelations expansion pack, digital art book and soundtrack, and the Divinity Skin Pack with skins.
