At Tokyo Game Show 2026, Netmarble showed off a new trailer for Shangri-La Frontier: The Magnificent Seven, an RPG based on the Shangri-La Frontier universe. Studio C2C, which produces the original animated series, was involved in its creation. The film opens with the appearance of the unique monster Gravedigger Wezeman in the Secret Garden, and then shows a brief scene of Shanle and Emu fighting. In the final part, Shanle, Arthur Pensilgon, and Oikazo battle Wezemon.
During the event, the developers also shared details about the project itself. The combat system of “Shangri-La Frontier: The Magnificent Seven” has a combat function that switches between two characters. Players will be able to explore the world, meet allies and non-player characters, hunt monsters and form squads to fight. Controls are designed for one-handed gaming.
Shangri-La: The Magnificent Seven is scheduled to be released on PC and mobile devices in 2026.
