According to authoritative publications “The Hollywood Reporter” and “Deadline”, the third season of the TV series “Daredevil: Rebirth” will officially end and is scheduled to be released in 2027.
News of the closure comes two months after principal photography wrapped after Marvel Studios split with showrunner Dario Scardapone and amid declining interest in the second season.
Even though Charlie Cox’s solo show is coming to an end, fans can still look forward to a reunion of characters from the Netflix original era: Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Finn Jones (Danny Rand), and Elodie Yong (Erica) will appear in season three. Meanwhile, Marvel Studios is already planning new TV projects for Disney+, including a spy thriller in development tentatively titled Zodiac , and the street-level characters will likely continue to appear in future films in the cinematic universe.
