After the events of Control, Jesse Faden, the director of the Federal Bureau of Control, disappeared and New York was attacked by some extremely dangerous entities that defied the laws of physics. To combat this, the organization had to release a prisoner in the Oldest House – Dylan Faden, Jesse’s brother, who possesses incredible abilities. The protagonist demonstrates these in the film.
