Electronic Arts has announced the release of football simulator EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC as well as PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch consoles. Owners of the expansion version got to try out the game through the Early Access program on September 18, and now the standard version is available to everyone.
Key innovations in the latest version are a redesigned teamwork system in the popular Football Ultimate Team mode, a new social space called The Grounds, and an improved career mode with interactive manager instant tasks. Additionally, EA has extended key licensing agreements with the German Bundesliga and the Saudi Professional League, ensuring maximum authenticity for the project and official rosters of the world’s leading clubs.
Notably, the game immediately faced a wave of criticism on everything from graphics to new modes. At present, the recognition rate of this new product is only 56%.
