The developers of Dragonborn: Outcast continue to reveal the abilities of the new Harrow class. This time we’re talking about talents – enhanced passive effects, which are especially important at high levels and allow you to significantly change your usual character build.
One of the talents is related to the instability mechanism, which can reduce the time the element remains unstable while increasing the damage in the released state. Moreover, using skills with a cooldown time can instantly make all four systems unstable. There are more general options: some talents provide additional bonuses to class skills for common and uncommon modifiers, while reducing their cost to use and taking up no space in the skills grid.
The developers have clearly hinted that the experiment won’t end here. Some talents can be used outside of their native class with the help of Greedy Weapons, providing additional options to the build. At the same time, the creators have still kept other details about the instability mechanic and general improvements that affect all characters. It looks like Harrower will not only add another set of abilities to the game, but also force players to dig back into their builds.
