In large cities, especially where conventional parking is in principle impossible, paid parking spaces on the basement floors of modern residential complexes have long become fashionable. Their cost varies depending on the city, region and house, and in some cases can even reach values that defy the moniker “astronomical”.

Yes, TASS report The most expensive parking space in Moscow costs 44.7 million rubles. As specified, in this case we are talking about 24.9 square meters of parking space in the two underground levels of the Ostozhenka clubhouse.
Obviously, the rating of the most expensive parking spaces does not stop there: TASS also allocated 30.2 million and 27 million parking spaces in Bolshoy Tolmachevsky and Bryusov Lanes respectively. Forget it, anything cheaper will do.
What is necessary to understand here is that although the cost of such parking spaces is astronomical, the price of an apartment for those who buy them is at least an order of magnitude higher. In this segment and at this income level, people don’t roll their eyes at a lot of zeros. Additionally, like more traditional real estate, parking spaces are often purchased as investments that will only increase in value.
