Activision and Infinity Ward have announced the system requirements for the PC version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The game will feature ray tracing for global illumination and reflections, built-in benchmarking, support for ultrawide displays, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
For the high end, support for NVIDIA DLSS 4.5, AMD FSR Redstone and Intel XeSS 3 is also provided. The developers will also add an advanced system for delivering and preloading shaders.
Minimum specs include Intel Core i5-6600 or Ryzen 5 1400, GTX 970/1060, RX 470 or Arc A580, 8 GB RAM, and 115 GB SSD storage. To achieve 90 FPS in multiplayer games at high settings, you’ll need a Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3060 Ti, RX 6600 XT or Arc B580 and 16 GB of RAM.
The PC version will be pre-loaded at 19:00 on October 15th, the event will be launched on October 16th, and the full version will be released on October 23rd. The game will be released on Steam, Microsoft Store, Battle.net, PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2.
