Konami is developing its soccer game eFootball more broadly as the new season begins. So not only can you look forward to new game features, but also new game modes.
Konami’s eFootball has also received an extensive update to coincide with the start of the new football season. This adds new gameplay features to the game, and also includes competitive game modes and campaign content.
The most important innovation is the new “Custom Tournament” mode, which allows you to create and organize your own tournaments with up to eight participants. Here you can compete with your dream team or create your own tournament rules and themes. Organizers can also instantly watch matches between participants.
The so-called “fluid form” is also new. Thanks to these, you can switch between different offensive and defensive formations during the match. Within this context, new game styles have also been added and tactical options expanded for greater strategic depth.
Other gameplay improvements include the introduction of “Dynamic Volley” as a new shooting mechanic to gain more control when shooting straight from the lob, or fresh animations designed to make player movement, dribbling, passing, shooting and more more realistic.
The daily bonuses in the title have been improved and there are now daily mini-games and a new “Daily Super Game” feature. This mode allows you to recreate great football moments with time-based gameplay. From August 13th to September 3rd, there will be a new season event with various login bonuses, event goals, and more.
