The developers of Mistfall Hunter have discovered one of the causes of unpleasant freezes, as characters may be teleported and actions may be performed with delays. After changing the server configuration, the situation has improved from monitoring.
The problem is partly related to hyperthreading of processors on cloud servers. On August 13th and 14th, the team updated the configuration of all servers, and the number of such failures has decreased since then. At the same time, developers don’t feel like the work is done: optimization continues, while remaining performance issues remain a priority.
At the same time, the “Soul Harvesting” in the game has also begun. Complete the corresponding run to earn special tokens that can be exchanged for rare rewards in the Mist Chaser Shop. These include seasonal sacred quality collectible serpentine bond crystals, a chest containing your choice of sacred materials, moon nectar and soul coins. New prizes have also appeared in the Destiny Card Store, and the categories will continue to expand in the future.
