
Ahead of the launch of World of Warcraft: Midnight Season 2, scheduled to release on August 18, Blizzard has announced a number of major class changes. The developers’ main focus is on key characters that performed well in Season 1: Devouring Demon Hunters, Arcane Mages, Discipline Priests, and Fury Warriors have seen their set bonuses significantly nerfed. In order not to destroy the feasibility of this specification, the author uses buffs to compensate for the weakening of basic abilities.
Main changes in the patch:
- Death Knight: Blood talent is weakened visceral strength and blood transfusionwhile the damage of Frost DK is increased by 9%.
- Demon Hunter (Gavourer): The effectiveness of the 4-piece set bonus has been significantly reduced, but the base damage in PvE has been increased by 14%.
- Mage (Arcane): Set Bonus Original Demon King Weakened, but the overall damage of the spec is increased by 3%.
- Priest: Discipline Priest’s PvE damage is reduced by 30%, but can be effectively healed through the following methods atonement and damage Entropic Rift Damages compensated; Holy Priests received the Manaregan buff.
- Warrior (Fury): The power of the 4 bonuses has been moved to the spec’s base damage (+6%) to make the class more stable.
In addition, changes have also been made to the Scarlet DK, Restoration Druid, Beastmaster Hunter, Mistweaver Monk, Rogue (Assassination and Subtlety), Enhancement Shaman, and Demon Warlock. On the PvP side, the developers have increased the basic attributes of fighters and tanks to speed up the overly cautious pace of combat. The update will take effect tomorrow, August 18th.
