Gamescom is in full swing, with the Future Games Show following the opening show and first day of Xbox streaming. It rarely makes major announcements and usually focuses on showcasing previously released games. But there are still some new products at the event, including Game Pass subscriptions. Several previously announced games were also showcased at the show. In total, there are six ongoing projects that will soon be available on Game Pass or will receive major updates. Here are all their new trailers.
“Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault” – September 2, 2026
The developers of the game Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault have confirmed the release date for version 1.0. The project is already available in game preview format on Game Pass, but only on PC. Its full version will also be released on the Xbox Series X console | S on Game Pass.
Neon Abyss 2 – Fall 2026
Another Early Access game getting a version 1.0 release window. The action-roguelike game is set to launch in the fall and will also appear in the release version with Game Pass subscriptions.
TANUKI: Pon’s Summer – No release date
They showed off gameplay for the game, which was previously scheduled to release in 2026. There’s no release date yet, but it’s still announced that it will be released on Game Pass.
Medieval Dynasties: Outskirts (Free DLC) — 2027
For the Medieval Dynasty game that’s already available for subscription, they’ve launched a huge DLC called The Backwood. It will add new lands, which the developers themselves call a “blank slate for player ideas.”
Young Suns – August 31, 2026
Space Life Simulator will be released next week. The game will be available immediately on Game Pass.
Odin’s Choice – No release date
The games Odin has selected for Game Pass subscriptions have been announced. This is an action game for 1-3 players in which you must hunt the cult of Ragnarok.
